Sherlet Neal

Sherlet Neal Lopez is the Managing Director of the Belize Institute for Service Excellence, Leadership and Research (BISELaR).
She is an internationally certified Customer Service Manager, with the Institute of Citizen Centered Services (ICCS) of Toronto, Canada. Ms. Neal also holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector. She is a skilled and dynamic training facilitator, motivational speaker, author, actor, playwright and entrepreneur.
She is also a lecturer at the University of Belize in the faculty of Management and Social Sciences and lectures in areas such as Business Ethics, Public Policy, Public Sector Management, Leadership & Change Management, Public Sector Management and Project Management.
