We’ve designed our review system to highlight the areas that are most important to customers and providers. Customers are able to submit reviews privately at the completion of each booked service, or they can post a review publicly. For fairness, each user is only allowed to review a provider once and must be logged in to write a review. In addition, providers are allowed to review other providers publicly.
